In a close game at Santa Ana Stadium, the Santa Ana Black Aces edged the Medford Desperados, 4-3. Santa Ana center fielder Bobby Banuelos stood apart with his performance. He was 2-4 with 2 doubles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Isaiah White notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record now sits at 2-3. The wins continue to add up for Santa Ana. The latest makes it 7 in a row.
Banuelos contributed a big hit, a 2-run double, for Santa Ana in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 3-2, Banuelos took a curveball from Antonio Rodriguez and stroked the double to left. His 6th double of the season allowed the Black Aces to leap in front, 4-3.
