Black Aces Pull Out Late Win, 4-3
|
Santa Ana parlayed a decent outing from starter Josh Lambert into a solid win over the Julian Jammers. The final score was 4-3. Rick Deyo zipped up his 30th save. The Black Aces, at 92-25, lead by one game in their division.
Rich Miklavcic helped out the Santa Ana cause in the bottom of the seventh inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the left fielder went 2-4 with a double.
"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Lambert.
