Slumping Thunder Wolves Lose 10th Straight
The losses keep piling up for the Tacoma Thunder Wolves.

The Newport Unicorns defeated the Tacoma Thunder Wolves, 20-7, in part because of designated hitter Hugo Campos. Campos was 4-6 with 4 singles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Unicorns. The slumping Thunder Wolves have lost 10 straight.

Newport relied on the bat of Tommy Norwood to get the win. The left fielder produced a run-scoring walk in the top of the eighth inning to put the Unicorns ahead, 8-7. For the game, Norwood had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.
