Riverside Win Knots Series at 1
The Riverside Wolverines knotted up the League Championship Series at Earthquakes Stadium today, thanks in large part to starter Fernando Garcia. Garcia quieted the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes, enabling Riverside to grab the 3-0 win and move into a 1-1 tie in the best-of-7 series.

In his 107-pitch effort, Garcia allowed no runs on 2 hits over 8 innings. He walked 4 and struck out 10.

"We lost," Ft. Wayne manager Du-sung Moon said later. "We'll deal with it. The series isn't over."

The next game is set to be played for Tuesday, September 22nd , 2020 at Wolverines Ballpark in Riverside.
