Black Aces Pull Off Thrilling 8-7 Win in Extras
The Santa Ana Black Aces topped the Newport Unicorns, 8-7, in 10 innings at Chanticleers Ballpark. The game was highlighted by the performance of Santa Ana shortstop Patrick Gentry. Isaiah White locked down his 4th save. Santa Ana, at 73-34, holds down second place in the Sub League 1 Central Division.

Gentry broke a deadlock in the top of the tenth inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run, putting Santa Ana up, 8-7.

"We found a way to get it done," Gentry said.
