The first-place Little Rock Golden Gophers took on the Tacoma Thunder Wolves in front of a spirited crowd.

The Little Rock Golden Gophers topped the Tacoma Thunder Wolves, 14-7, at Little Rock Grounds. Little Rock left fielder Joe Bacon was a spark plug for the offense. He was 3-6 with 2 home runs.
