The Newport Unicorns picked up a win at Paints Park, knocking off the Aurora Paints, 2-1. Starting pitcher Rogelio Camarillo was a big reason why. Newport has now won 4 straight.

Newport needed the clutch hitting of Eric Nance to seal the deal. The shortstop swatted a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Unicorns on top, 2-1. For the game, Nance had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
