Little Rock played host to Medford at Little Rock Grounds.

The Little Rock Golden Gophers got a stellar performance from pitcher Jerry Maciaszek, who handcuffed the Medford offense en route to a win, 5-2, at Little Rock Grounds. The Desperados, at 60-38, have lost 4 straight games.

The Golden Gophers got a big at-bat from catcher J.D. Gordon. For the game, Gordon was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Little Rock a 3-1 lead.
