Pines Clip Stars, 4-3, in DS Contest
The Maine Pines got a strong game from starter Ryan Henry, but it was some clutch hitting that ultimately delivered the win.

The Pines took the 4-3 win over the Hollywood Stars in Game 4 of the Divisional Series in a 9th inning walk-off. The win capped off a fine outing for the right-handed Henry. Henry threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball in the win, which allowed the Pines to narrow their deficit to 1-3 in the best-of-7 series.

Batting in the bottom of the ninth, slick-fielding second baseman Pat Grayson had a real shot to win the game. Hollywood pitcher Carlos Carachure was determined not to let it happen. But with two outs, Grayson hit a run-scoring single. The Pines had a walk-off triumph.

Henry called the win a testament to his team's "tenacity."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Hannaford Dome in Portland.
