Saint Pierre and Miquelon Tops Moriarty Again, 5-4
With starter Travis Anderson leading the charge, the Saint Pierre and Miquelon Pirates defeated the Moriarty Suns, 5-4, in Game 2 of the Division Series today. The right-hander threw 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball at Spinners Ballpark to help Saint Pierre and Miquelon take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-7 series.

With two out in the bottom of the eighth, Gabe Osburn barreled up a sinker from Brian Underwood. The result was a solo home run, putting the Pirates in front, 5-3.

"Postseason wins taste oh so sweet," said Anderson after the game.

The next game is set to be played for Sunday, September 13th , 2020 at Super Solarplex in Moriarty.
