Poff Leads Naturals to 10-6 Win Over Warlocks
A good performance from center fielder Latrell Poff helped the Greensboro Naturals defeat the Waco Warlocks, 10-6. Poff was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 4 times and driving in 3 for the Naturals. Kevin Augustine picked up the win, lifting his record to 1-13 on the season. He struck out 4 and walked 2 in 5.1 innings, while yielding 5 runs. The win puts Greensboro at 35-52.

Chris Miller, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2024 draft, helped out the Greensboro cause in the bottom of the first inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the first baseman went 2 for 5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI.
