Henson Slugs 2 Home Runs, Thunder Wolves Beat Naturals, 4-2
|
The Tacoma Thunder Wolves downed the Greensboro Naturals, 4-2, the largest share of the credit belonging to second baseman Jason Henson. On the day, Henson slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Thunder Wolves. Kyoshi Fujikawa locked down his 3rd save. Henson had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 0-1 sinker from Dave Galindo Paladino, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Thunder Wolves a 4-2 lead. It was the 7th home run of the year for Henson.
