Scorpions Clip Tigers, 4-3, in CS Contest

The Sonoma Scorpions took down the London Tigers by the score of 4-3 and moved into a 1-1 tie in the League Championship Series. The largest share of the credit belongs to Sonoma starter Mike Arnerich, who threw 6.0 innings of 3-hit ball.
An inflection point occurred with one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Scorpions right fielder Tyler Reese hit a slider from Jorge Salazar for a 2-run home run. Just like that, Sonoma was up, 4-3.
"I just try to go out and give it 100 percent every game," Reese told a local reporter after the game. "That's my mantra, and like today, it will pay off more often than not."
The next game is set to be played for Friday, September 24th , 2021 at Ballpark of Oklahoma City in London.
