The San Diego Fleet took down the Cincinnati Royals by the score of 8-1 and moved into a 1-1 tie in the Wildcard Game. The largest share of the credit belongs to San Diego starter Rodolfo Soto, who threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball.

"Rodolfo was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said San Diego manager Chris Evans.
