Lasers Advance to League Championship Series
The Nashville Lasers are riding high after knocking off the Montreal Royals in the Division Series.

"We're feeling confident now and that's half the battle," said Joe Cross, who was named series MVP. "You play confidently, you play well and it shows up with results like this."

Nashville won the final game by a 1-0 count at Lasers Ballpark and the series 4-1.

For the series, Cross hit .368 with a .400 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 5 runs.

The Nashville Lasers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Little Rock Governors - Hartford Matadors series. Hartford leads the series 3 games to 2. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
