Scorpions Heading to League Championship Series
The Sonoma Scorpions "proved we can handle pressure" by beating the Division Series and eliminating the Hamilton Bulldogs, according to series MVP Nate Galloway.

"This is the big stage, we're off to the League Championship Series and looking towards the World Series," he said. "There's a lot of pressure at this time of year and it's only going to get more intense from here. But I think we can handle it just fine."

Sonoma won the final game 3-0, to wrap up the series 4-1.

Galloway led his team to the series win by putting up a .261 average, with a .320 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 8 RBI and scored 6 runs.

The Sonoma Scorpions don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the London Tigers - Augusta Capitols series. London leads the series 3 games to 2. The League Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Division Series finishes.
