The Aurora Paints beat the Ottawa Lynx, 11-5, at Rivermen Ballpark. Dave Rotolo was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The 21-year old catcher was a menace to Ottawa all day. Eric Tate earned the win, while 22-year old right-handed pitcher Tony Vigil took the loss for Ottawa. Aurora is now 29-40, Ottawa 44-25.

Rotolo contributed in the top of the second. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Aurora get the win.
