The Mesa Razor Sharks and the Mobile Yard Dogs will take the Division Series to a decisive 7th game. In a must-win situation, the Razor Sharks beat the Yard Dogs, 6-5, at Mobile Grounds to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Mesa first baseman Ty Lynch was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2.

There was more than one reason the Razor Sharks beat the Yard Dogs, but Lynch's big at-bat in the top of the second was an important factor. He staked his team to a 4-2 lead when he hit a 2-run home run.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Mesa manager Izzy Montano.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Mobile Grounds in Mobile.
