The Santa Ana Black Aces had to overcome a big game from Waco third baseman Arturo Farias to leave Santa Ana Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 10-6. Farias went 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Scott Lewandowski, the winner, improved to 8-4. He held the Warlocks to 3 runs on 5 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 1 and walking 2. The Black Aces, at 47-22, have now won 7 straight.
Clark Ulery, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2025 draft, chipped in a 2-run home run for Santa Ana in the bottom of the third. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 4 RBI.
