Mighty Mites Suffer One-Run Loss at Aurora
Aurora parlayed a decent outing from starter Rick Gregg into a solid win over the St. Joseph Mighty Mites. The final score was 5-4. The win was credited to Ramon Garcia in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Jim Unknown took the loss. The Paints win now puts them at 27-40.

John Pavelka's at-bat in the bottom of the seventh was significant, coming with runners on 1st and 3rd and the game tied, 4-4. The Aurora first baseman hit a run-scoring single off Jim Unknown to put the Paints up.
