The Terra Linda Chargers got a strong performance from pitcher Rob Stech, who stymied the Buffalo offense en route to a 4-0 win in Game 2 of the Division Series. The Bellflowers could never get a bead on the right-handed Stech, who threw 6.0 innings of shutout ball. The Chargers now hold a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-7 series.

Sean Trahan dealt the Bellflowers a blow in the bottom of the third. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Terra Linda leading 1-0, Trahan hit a full count sinker for a run-scoring single.

"We're happy," Trahan told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."

The next game is set to be played for Saturday, September 11th , 2021 at Wegman's Field in Buffalo.
