Wolverines Clip Earthquakes, 1-0, in CS Contest
Already down in the League Championship Series, the Riverside Wolverines put on their best show, beating the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes by a final score of 1-0. Jaheim Jennings was special. He threw 8.0 innings of shutout ball. Riverside now trails Ft. Wayne 3-2 in the best-of-7 affair.

Riverside starter Jaheim Jennings was exceptional. The 6-foot-3 right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings of work.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Jennings said.

The next game is set to be played for Thursday, September 22nd , 2022 at Earthquakes Stadium in Ft. Wayne.
