The Aurora Paints cut down the Newport Unicorns by the score of 9-6, with the largest share of the credit going to shortstop Darius Poole. Poole was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Paints. The loss makes Newport 29-34.
