Horned Frogs Dominate, Sweep Sweet 16
The TCU Horned Frogs proved to be too much to handle for the Kansas State Wildcats in the Sweet 16, and a sweep was the end result.

TCU punched its ticket to the Elite 8 on the strength of a 12-11 win in the deciding game, which wrapped up the series 2-0.

TCU left fielder Tim Scott, named series MVP, was instrumental in the sweep, as he mashed Kansas State pitching to the tune of a .600 average, with a .692 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs.
