Ballpark of Medford played host to some real drama.

The Medford Desperados used a stellar performance from pitcher Antonio Rodriguez to throttle the Little Rock offense en route to an extra-inning, 2-1 win at Ballpark of Medford. Keith Price picked up the win in relief for Medford, while Andy Roberts took the loss.

The Desperados got a clutch hit from third baseman Lamar Bridges. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Desperados.

"Runs were tough to come by," said Bridges. "But we scored just enough to win."

The Desperados sport a record of 33-19.
