Terra Linda had no answer for Tiverton Colonels starter Miguel Flores, who flummoxed Chargers hitters as the Colonels cruised to victory, 10-1. The second-place Colonels improved to 86-35.

Nick Clarke, who is tied for 5th in the NC in extra base hits with 82, came through for Tiverton with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the sixth. The shortstop went 2 for 4 for the game, including 1 home run and 1 double. He scored 2 runs and collected 3 runs batted in.

"We took a roundhouse punch to the chin," said losing manager Jaime Share.
