With Dave Reisinger leading the charge, the Moncton Mounties defeated the Franklin Cubs, 6-4. Reisinger went 3-4 with a home run, a triple, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Mounties. Picking up the save was Cory Crabtree, his 24th. With the win over Franklin, the Mounties improved to 58-59.

The game was all tied up in the top of the eighth, until Reisinger delivered big-time for Moncton, stroking a dramatic 2-run single off Jim Unknown. The game-changing hit put the Mounties on top, 6-4.

"I put some good swings on the ball," said Reisinger.
