Cubs Win with Late Heroics
The Franklin Cubs beat the Tiverton Colonels, 6-3, in 10 innings at Franklin Park. Gilberto Noris, in particular, was impressive. He was 2 for 5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The loss makes Tiverton 81-33.

Noris delivered in the clutch for Franklin. In the bottom of the tenth, he took a first pitch fastball from Tiverton pitcher Roberto Aguilar and parked it over the fence. The 3-run home run won it for Franklin.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Noris said.
