Plymouth Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Plymouth Rockers topped the Franklin Cubs, 8-5, in Northern Conference action at Madison Grounds. The game was highlighted by the performance of Plymouth third baseman Kevin Hilfiker. The winner in relief was Jim Unknown. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 1-0. The victory puts Plymouth at 39-73.

The Rockers got a clutch hit from third baseman Kevin Hilfiker. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a 3-run home run to win the game for the Rockers.
