The Borrego Springs Rams picked up a win at Club Circle Park, courtesy of Miguel Rodriguez. The right-hander helped his team stop the Long Island Torpedoes, 2-0. The save went to Bryan Moody, his 2nd this season. The 41-69 Torpedoes have lost 10 consecutive games.

Rodriguez was in the zone all game. He frustrated Long Island hitters while giving the Rams 7.1 innings of quality work. Rodriguez threw 83 pitches, allowing 2 hits and getting 7 punchouts.
