Plymouth starter Quentin Dickson pitched well against the Moncton Mounties at Madison Grounds. The right-hander led his team to a win, 7-6, in 10 innings. Sean Finch earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. He upped his record to 3-2. The Rockers improved their record to 55-55 by beating Moncton.

Plymouth got a game-changing hit from Noel Weatherhead. The first baseman blasted a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.

"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Plymouth manager Matt Seipp.
