Due in large part to right fielder Jason Finch, the Saint Pierre and Miquelon Pirates sunk the Long Island Torpedoes, 6-5. Finch was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Chase Harriger earned his 18th save in 19 chances. The Torpedoes, at 33-58, have lost 5 in a row.

Had Finch not come through in the top of the tenth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Finch drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Pirates took the lead, 6-5, and never looked back.

"Just glad I could help us get a win," said Finch.
