At Wegman's Field, the Buffalo Bellflowers and Saint Pierre and Miquelon Pirates were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Luis Sosa had a good game, but he could not keep the Buffalo Bellflowers from falling, 8-4, to the Saint Pierre and Miquelon Pirates at Wegman's Field. The Buffalo first baseman was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times in the loss. The winning pitcher was 19-year old right-handed pitcher Chris Byrd.
