The Buffalo Bellflowers defeated the Lincoln Princes, 6-4, in 10 innings. Much of the credit belonged to second baseman Danny Solis, who was 4-6 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Bellflowers. The first-place Bellflowers sport a record of 46-20.

Solis delivered in the clutch for Buffalo. In the bottom of the tenth, he took a 2-1 fastball from Lincoln pitcher Jose Miranda and parked it over the fence. The 2-run home run won it for Buffalo.

Buffalo manager Andy Perez commended his team for delivering "maximum effort."
