The Terra Linda Chargers beat the Buffalo Bellflowers, 9-6, at Ballpark of Plantersville. Terra Linda second baseman Rich Brown had the hot bat. He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Jeremy Abbott wrapped it up, recording his 3rd save. The victory gives the Chargers a record of 43-23.

Adam Mathis had a big 2-run double for the Chargers in the bottom of the third inning. With Terra Linda leading 3-2 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a splitter from David Hernandez and swatted a double to left. It was his 5th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Chargers ahead, 5-2.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Chargers manager Elias Quesada. "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
