The Terra Linda Chargers downed the Lincoln Princes, 7-5, at Ballpark of Plantersville. Colby Barrineau led the way, going 3-for-3 for Terra Linda. Jeff Eddins closed the game out for Terra Linda, earning his 1st save. The win puts Terra Linda at 22-40.

Had Billy Perez not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Perez hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Chargers.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said Perez.
