The Whitby Bats topped the Moncton Mounties by a score of 9-8 in 12 innings. Leading the way was shortstop Adam Chunn. Chunn went 4-6 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 4 for the Bats. With the win, Whitby has a record of 30-19. Moncton falls to 46-3.

The Bats got a clutch hit from left fielder Josh Garcia. In the bottom of the 12th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Bats.
