Waco turned a good effort from starter Chris Childress into a win over the Aurora Paints at Warlocks Grounds. The Warlocks won the game, 5-1. This win makes it 7 in a row for Waco.

Brian Maughan cracked a home run off Brayden Snell in the bottom of the sixth. His 2-run blast put the Warlocks on top, 2-1. In all, Maughan had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
