Road Win Lifts Westwood to 2-1 Lead in DS
Quebec had trouble with Westwood starter John Blackman, who frustrated Fighting Quakers hitters, as the Bruins cruised to victory, 6-2, in Game 3 of the Division Series. The Bruins now hold a 2-1 advantage in the best-of-7 series, thanks in large part to the right-handed Blackman, who controlled Quebec throughout the contest and threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball.

Westwood used a clutch at-bat from Paul McComas to capture the win. The first baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Bruins ahead, 5-2. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"We're happy," McComas told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Toros Ballpark in Quebec City.
