In a low-scoring contest between the Terra Linda Chargers and the Franklin Cubs, Matt Westerman was the X factor. The Terra Linda right-hander spearheaded the 2-0 win. The Cubs have now dropped 5 straight.
In the bottom of the third inning, catcher Mike Sligar had a 2-run home run for Terra Linda. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Chargers on top, 2-0.
