Rams Lose By a Run at Saint Pierre and Miquelon
The Saint Pierre and Miquelon Pirates and Borrego Springs Rams obliged fans hoping for an exciting game.

The Saint Pierre and Miquelon Pirates defeated the Borrego Springs Rams, 5-4. Doing his part was pinch hitter Ricky Rodrguez, who was 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Saint Pierre and Miquelon pitcher Dan Martin got the win. He's now 5-0. Bryan Moody was tagged with the loss.

Rodrguez had a timely hit for Saint Pierre and Miquelon in the bottom of the seventh. With Saint Pierre and Miquelon trailing 3-2, he turned a first pitch cutter into a 3-run home run. It was his 9th home run of the season, making it 5-3, Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

"Say want you want about this team, they play nine innings hard," said Saint Pierre and Miquelon manager Bryan Crockett.

With the win, Saint Pierre and Miquelon raised its record to 22-13.
