Colonels Earn 7-4 Win Against Torpedoes
The Tiverton Colonels topped the Long Island Torpedoes, 7-4, in 10 innings at Field of the Colonels. The game was highlighted by the performance of Tiverton pitcher Jesus Banda. Tiverton goes to 13-6.

Tiverton got a clutch hit from Federico Rosales. The center fielder launched a 3-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"I believe in our guys," said Tiverton skipper Chris Hartman. "I like the energy they're playing with."
