Bellflowers Pull Off Thrilling 6-3 Win in Extras
The Buffalo Bellflowers dealt the Moncton Mounties a 6-3 loss in 14 innings at Mapleton Yards. Bryan Agin was the star on offense. He was 3 for 6 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The winner was Buffalo reliever Stephen Keene, now 1-0. The loser was Greg Brando. The loss drops Moncton to 10-9.

Buffalo used the clutch hitting of Alex Melo to snag the win. The third baseman drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the 14th inning to put the Bellflowers ahead, 5-3. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a crucial one.

Agin told a Buffalo Daily News reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
