Plymouth center fielder Ben Baker contributed significantly to his team's 9-7 win over the Moncton Mounties. Baker, who is tied for 6th in the NC with a .451 on-base percentage, went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Rockers. After losing, Moncton is 5-6.

Plymouth used a timely hit from Mitch Warren to get the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Rockers ahead, 9-7. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.
