Sunrise Manor Earn 4-0 Victory at Imperials Ballpark
|
Sunrise Manor turned a good performance from starting pitcher Glenn Yarrington into a 4-0 triumph over the Chuluota Imperials at Imperials Ballpark. Yarrington, the winner, moves to 2-2. He threw 6 innings of 2-hit ball, while fanning 7 and giving up 4 walks. The triumph makes Sunrise Manor 47-91.
The Sunchasers got a big hit from left fielder Everett Foley. Facing Chuluota pitcher Ronnie Miller in the top of the sixth, Foley pounded a solo home run to left-center. His 16th home run of the season put the Sunchasers ahead, 2-0.
"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Yarrington.
